Motorcycle Crash in County Highway T17 Results in One Injury
Deputies responded to a motorcycle crash in the 1200 block of County Highway T17 at 7:15 p.m. Saturday.
According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, a motorcycle was involved in a single-vehicle accident. One individual sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital; no fatalities were reported.
Emergency responders from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and local medical units arrived at the scene to provide assistance.
Authorities confirmed that County Highway T17 was briefly closed while emergency and recovery operations took place. Lane closures have since been lifted, and the roadway is now clear.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation, according to officials.
