WILNA, NY- A 21-year-old resident died following a motorcycle accident on State Route 3 on Friday night.
According to New York State Police, the incident occurred shortly after 10:00 p.m. as Damon S. Intorcia of Carthage was traveling west on a Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
Authorities reported that Intorcia veered off the northern shoulder and collided with a guide-wire, resulting in his ejection from the motorcycle. Emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
At this time, State Police stated there is no evidence of foul play, and the investigation has been closed.
