CHARLESTON — A fatal motorcycle collision closed one lane of Clements Ferry Road in each direction at Marina Drive early this morning.
According to the Charleston Police Department, the incident occurred at approximately 7:58 a.m. on April 16. Drivers are advised to expect delays and to use alternate routes.
