A motorcycle crash on southbound Interstate 65 near the Edgewood Avenue bridge resulted in one fatality late Thursday night, authorities said.
The incident occurred shortly before 11 p.m. on Oct. 10, with the motorcycle colliding with another vehicle that fled the scene. The Marion County Coroner’s Office confirmed the victim as 34-year-old Ryan William King.
Emergency services responded to the scene, and multiple lanes were blocked during the investigation. All lanes reopened by approximately 2:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Authorities are continuing the investigation and seeking information regarding the vehicle that left the scene.
