LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A motorcycle crash involving a Tesla Cybertruck left one rider critically injured on Friday afternoon in northwest Las Vegas.
The Nevada Highway Patrol responded to the accident at 1:42 p.m. at the intersection of northbound Durango Drive and the Clark County 215 beltway.
According to authorities, the collision involved a silver Tesla Cybertruck and a Suzuki motorcycle.
The motorcycle rider was ejected from the vehicle, sustaining critical injuries, and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The driver of the Tesla was unharmed and remained at the scene to assist investigators.
No other vehicles were reported to be involved in the incident. An investigation is ongoing, and northbound lanes on Durango Drive were temporarily closed for the response and investigation.
