A 20-year-old motorcyclist died Thursday night in a crash on Colonel Jameson Boulevard in Culpeper, Virginia.
Emergency responders were dispatched at approximately 11 p.m. and found the motorcyclist, identified as Jared Brundage of Culpeper, had lost control and struck a curb. The impact caused him to be thrown into a light pole, according to CULPEPER POLICE.
First responders attempted life-saving measures, but Brundage was pronounced dead upon arrival at UVA Culpeper Hospital.
The CULPEPER POLICE ACCIDENT RECONSTRUCTION TEAM is investigating the incident.
