Motorcyclist Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash in Tippecanoe County
A motorcyclist died in a two-vehicle accident on State Road 25 in Tippecanoe County on October 7 at 2:41 p.m.
According to the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office, a motorcycle collided with a pickup truck near the intersection of State Road 25 and County Road 400 South. The impact resulted in the motorcyclist, a 29-year-old male, suffering fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency responders, including the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office and local fire units, arrived promptly. The pickup truck driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Authorities confirmed that no other vehicles were involved in the incident. Both directions of State Road 25 experienced lane closures for several hours as crews conducted an investigation and cleared the wreckage.
