Brainerd Man Injured in Highway 25 Motorcycle Crash
BRAINERD — A 66-year-old man was injured Saturday, July 11, after his motorcycle crashed on Highway 25 in Morrison County.
Authorities said the incident occurred at 12:25 p.m. near milepost 123 when Dennis Lee Hines lost control of his 2006 Harley-Davidson Cruiser while traveling westbound. The motorcycle veered off the road and came to a stop in the north ditch.
Hines sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to CHI-St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls for treatment.
The Minnesota State Patrol reported that road conditions were dry at the time of the crash. The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office, North Memorial Health Ambulance, and Pierz Fire Department responded to the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
