Goodhue County Motorcycle Crash Leaves One Injured
GOODHUE COUNTY, MN – A motorcycle crash on Hwy 52 resulted in one injury Saturday afternoon.
According to Minnesota State Patrol, the incident occurred at 12:46 p.m. near milepost 92. A 41-year-old man, identified as Cole Schmidt from Charles City, was traveling north on a Harley Davidson motorcycle when he lost control and veered into the median.
Schmidt was transported to Saint Marys Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Emergency responders from Goodhue County, Zumbrota Ambulance, and Cannon Falls Fire Department assisted at the scene. No further details on lane closures or the status of the investigation were available.
