Man Dies in Weekend Motorcycle Crash Near Lucky Peak
BOISE, ID — A motorcycle crash near Lucky Peak on Saturday morning resulted in the death of 21-year-old Brandon Tschida of Meridian, according to the Ada County Coroner’s Office.
The crash occurred at approximately 6:24 a.m. when Tschida reportedly crossed into northbound traffic on Idaho 21 and collided with a Ford truck, authorities said. He was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center via Life Flight.
Tschida was pronounced dead at 8:24 p.m. on Saturday. The coroner’s office stated the cause of death as multiple blunt force injuries, ruling it an accident.
The Ada County Sheriff’s Office Collision Reconstruction Team is investigating the incident and is seeking witnesses.
