Cullman Man Killed in Tuesday Motorcycle Wreck

A two-vehicle crash at approximately 4:32 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, in Marshall County has resulted in the death of a Cullman man.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Christopher H. Ward, 49, was fatally injured when his 2004 Suzuki Intruder motorcycle collided with a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica driven by 39-year-old Leah M. Bogdanovich of Grant. Ward was ejected from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident took place on Nixon Chapel Road near Fairview Drive, approximately two miles west of Douglas. Authorities confirmed that the ALEA Highway Patrol Division is conducting an investigation into the crash. Further details have not been released as the investigation is ongoing.
