Fatal Collision on Broadway Road in Mesa Claims One Life
MESA, Ariz. — A head-on collision on Broadway Road near Nina Drive resulted in one fatality and serious injuries on Tuesday morning.
According to the Mesa Fire Department, the crash involved a pickup truck and an industrial vehicle around 11:35 a.m. Emergency responders pronounced 32-year-old Ethan Reedy dead at the scene.
The driver of the industrial vehicle was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
Broadway Road was closed in both directions between Extension Road and Westwood during the investigation.
The Mesa Police Department is actively investigating the incident. Further details on the crash are pending.
