A 29-year-old woman died in a motorcycle collision with a car in Little Compton, Rhode Island, on Sunday afternoon.
Authorities reported the incident occurred on Simmons Road at approximately 2:41 p.m. Emergency responders arrived to find Tammy Boutilier, of Tiverton, suffering critical injuries. She was transported to St. Anne’s Hospital in Fall River, where she was later pronounced dead.
The investigation indicates Boutilier lost control of her motorcycle, colliding with a car traveling eastbound on Simmons Road. The driver of the car sustained minor injuries but refused medical treatment on the scene.
No charges have been filed, and the investigation is ongoing.
