Chili, N.Y. — Four motorcyclists were hospitalized following a collision involving an SUV towing a boat on the New York State Thruway Saturday around 3 p.m.
According to New York State Police, the SUV struck two motorcycles, resulting in two motorcyclists becoming trapped beneath the boat.
Bystanders provided assistance before emergency responders arrived, the Henrietta Fire District confirmed.
Authorities reported that all four motorcyclists were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident is currently under investigation.
