GRAYSON COUNTY, Ky. – A 57-year-old man was injured in a motorcycle accident on Beaver Dam Road early Sunday morning.
According to the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred around 3:15 a.m. in the 4700 block of Highway 62. The motorcyclist was traveling west when he fell in the lane, with investigators noting the motorcycle traveled less than 25 feet before the incident.
Authorities stated there were no immediate signs explaining the cause of the crash. A witness reported that the motorcyclist regained consciousness at the scene.
The injured rider was transported to Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The Leitchfield Fire Department EMS also responded to the incident. No lane closures were reported. The investigation is ongoing.
