CLINTON, Md. (7News) — A man was fatally struck by a vehicle while riding a scooter on Old Branch Avenue in Clinton, Maryland, on October 6, 2023.
According to the Prince George’s County Police Department, the incident occurred around 10:25 p.m. in the 8100 block of Old Branch Avenue. The victim, identified as 43-year-old Scott Tippett from Clinton, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Authorities reported that the female driver of the vehicle was transported to a hospital and is in stable condition.
