Multi-Vehicle Accident on I-85 Sends Four to Hospital
A multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 85 northbound in Montgomery resulted in four injuries on Saturday, October 14, at approximately 2:41 p.m.
Authorities reported that the crash involved two passenger cars and a tractor-trailer. Emergency responders, including the Montgomery Fire Department and Alabama State Troopers, arrived quickly on the scene to provide medical assistance. The injured were transported to a local hospital; their conditions have not been released.
Several lanes were closed for approximately two hours while the scene was cleared and an investigation was conducted. According to the Alabama State Troopers, an investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
