Motorcyclist hospitalized in critical condition following Northwest Side collision.
SAN ANTONIO – A motorcycle rider was transported to a local hospital in critical condition after a collision early Thursday morning in San Antonio.
Authorities said the incident occurred just before 4 a.m. at the intersection of Wurzbach Road and Live Oak Road, near Interstate 10.
According to police, a male motorcyclist in his 30s was traveling westbound when he collided with a vehicle making a turn into an apartment complex.
The driver of the vehicle was uninjured, and authorities reported that there were no indications of criminal behavior involved in the crash.
As of now, the cause of the collision is under investigation. Emergency responders assisted at the scene, but specific details about lane closures or towing are not yet available.
