MOTORCYCLIST INJURED IN COLLISION ON HIGHWAY 23 IN MILLE LACS COUNTY
MILACA, June 26 — A 40-year-old Shoreview man sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a motorcycle crash on Highway 23 at approximately 4:57 p.m.
Timothy Michael Anderson was riding a 2018 Harley-Davidson eastbound when he collided with a 2018 Honda CR-V at the intersection of Highway 23 and 10th Avenue. Anderson was transported to North Memorial Health-Robbinsdale Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the Honda, 74-year-old Susan Alese Terborg of Princeton, reported no injuries. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Anderson was wearing a helmet, and road conditions were dry at the time of the accident.
Emergency services at the scene included the North Memorial Health Ambulance, Milaca Fire Department, Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office, and Johnson Towing.
The incident remains under investigation by authorities. Lane closures may have occurred during the response efforts.
