Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Arlington Claims Life of Rider
ARLINGTON, TX — A motorcycle crash occurred on March 19, 2026, in the 1200 block of Woodbrook St., resulting in the death of an adult male rider.
According to the Arlington Police Department, the crash involved a motorcycle and a parked vehicle. When officers arrived on the scene, both the motorcyclist and his passenger, who was wearing a helmet, were found ejected from the motorcycle. They were transported to a local hospital, where the rider, who sustained life-threatening injuries, was pronounced dead on March 22, 2026. The passenger suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the motorcycle was traveling westbound on Woodbrook St. when the rider attempted to avoid an animal in the roadway, leading to loss of control.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. The deceased’s identity will be released by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office after the next of kin have been notified.
