A multi-vehicle crash occurred on I-95 South near Exit 260 in Daytona Beach on Saturday, October 7, injuring several individuals, according to authorities.
The collision involved four vehicles, including two sedans and two pickup trucks, at approximately 2:30 p.m. Emergency services from the Daytona Beach Fire Department and Volusia County EMS responded to the scene.
Three individuals were transported to a local hospital; one suffered serious injuries, and two sustained minor injuries. No fatalities were reported at this time.
Authorities indicated that all southbound lanes of I-95 were closed for approximately two hours while the scene was cleared and an investigation commenced.
