DRAPER, Utah (KUTV) — A motorcycle crashed into a Black Bear Diner in Draper on Saturday afternoon, resulting in one injury.
The incident occurred near 12000 South State Street around 2:41 p.m. Authorities reported that the motorcycle initially struck a car before veering into the diner, crashing through a window.
The collision shattered the glass, scattering debris throughout the restaurant. No fatalities were reported.
The Draper Police Department confirmed that the motorcyclist was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The extent of damage to the diner remains undetermined.
The establishment closed temporarily following the crash, but has since resumed normal operations. The motorcycle was removed from the premises.
