BALTIMORE — A fatal motorcycle accident on southbound I-95 caused significant delays Monday morning.
At approximately 5:15 a.m., a motorcycle collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer near O’Donnell Street.
Maryland Transportation Authority Police confirmed the motorcyclist died at the scene; the truck driver suffered no injuries.
All lanes were cleared and reopened by 9:45 a.m.
