ARLINGTON, Mass. — A motorcycle crash resulted in one fatality on Sunday afternoon in Arlington.
Authorities said the crash occurred around 2:41 p.m. when a motorcycle collided with a motor vehicle. The operator of the motorcycle, identified as 65-year-old Martin Mitchell of Arlington, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The motor vehicle was operated by an 18-year-old woman, who remained on the scene and is cooperating with law enforcement. She was transported to a local hospital but was later released.
The incident remains under investigation by Arlington Police and Massachusetts State Police. No additional information has been released at this time.
