Motorcyclist Killed in Fort Worth Stockyards Crash Late Friday
A motorcycle crash late Friday night in the Fort Worth Stockyards resulted in the death of a 34-year-old man, police confirmed.
Authorities responded to the incident at approximately 11:45 p.m. near the intersection of Ellis Avenue and NW 24th Street. A motorcycle traveling north on Ellis Avenue collided with a vehicle that had just exited a stop sign, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.
The motorcyclist suffered severe injuries and was transported to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead about an hour later. The victim has been identified as Ethan Boyd Buck. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner ruled his death an accident.
The police are continuing their investigation into the crash. No further details regarding lane closures or other traffic disruptions were provided.
