Man Dies Following Motorcycle Crash on Highway 30 in Southern Idaho
Southern Idaho, Oct. 5, 2023 — A man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Highway 30 near 4th Avenue at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
Authorities said the 32-year-old rider lost control and collided with a utility pole. Emergency responders from the Idaho State Police and local medical services administered aid, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash involved only the motorcycle, and no other vehicles were involved. Witnesses reported the rider was traveling westbound when the incident occurred.
Highway 30 experienced lane closures for several hours while investigators processed the scene. Towing services were called to remove the motorcycle.
