CASS COUNTY, Mich. (WSBT) — A motorcyclist sustained injuries after colliding with a deer Friday evening in Cass County.
The incident occurred at approximately 7 p.m. south of the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Indiana Lake Drive.
Authorities said the 74-year-old man from Union was traveling south on Sunset Boulevard when the deer entered the roadway.
Emergency responders transported the motorcyclist to a local hospital for treatment. His current condition has not been disclosed.
