A 57-year-old man died following a motorcycle crash on I-95 in Clarendon County on Friday night.
CLARENDON COUNTY, S.C. — The South Carolina Highway Patrol reports a fatal collision occurred near mile marker 123 on I-95 around 7 p.m. on Friday.
Master Trooper Hannah Davidson stated a 2020 Indian motorcycle, traveling south, was struck by a 2023 Mazda SUV, also heading south. The motorcyclist, identified as Carman Stallings of Whiteville, North Carolina, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Clarendon County Coroner’s Office.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate the incident. Further details on lane closures or tows have not been reported.
