Motorcyclist Killed in Collision with Car in Cottonwood Heights
COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah, July 17, 2026 — A motorcyclist died at the scene following a collision with a passenger vehicle on Friday afternoon at approximately 1:40 p.m.
According to Lt. Soakai of the Cottonwood Heights Police Department, officers responded to the incident at 3380 E. 6200 South. The identity of the deceased has not been released, pending next-of-kin notification.
Authorities indicated that the circumstances surrounding the collision are under investigation. No additional details about potential injuries to the driver of the car or any other vehicles involved have been confirmed.
