FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A motorcyclist died in a collision on Interstate 495 on Wednesday around 4 p.m.
According to the Virginia State Police (VSP), the crash involved a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle and a pickup truck. When troopers arrived, they found the motorcyclist lying in the roadway with bystanders attempting to provide aid.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. VSP is currently working to confirm the individual’s identity.
