Manheim Borough police responded at 3:07 p.m. to the 1700 block of Mount Joy Road for a single-vehicle accident involving the motorcycle. The crash site is located about three miles southwest of Manheim.

Authorities confirmed the rider, identified as Dimitry Rabkin from Edgewater, New Jersey, was pronounced dead at the scene by a deputy coroner from the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office. Rabkin was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident, according to police.
