WELLS, Vt. (WCAX) – A motorcyclist died following a collision with a pickup truck on Route 30 in Wells at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Sunday.
According to state police, the accident occurred when the pickup attempted to turn onto Route 30 and struck the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, identified as Ricky Chandler, 40, of Granville, New York, was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities reported that the driver of the pickup has not been charged as the investigation is ongoing.
