PIERCE COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) – A single-motorcycle crash left one person injured in Pierce County on May 20, 2026.
According to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred at approximately 7:38 p.m. on US Highway 10 near Main Street in Plum City.
Authorities reported that 65-year-old Stephen Burke of Glenco, MN, was eastbound on US Highway 10 when he swerved to avoid a deer, resulting in the crash.
Burke was transported by Plum City EMS to Mayo Red Wing Hospital for treatment of undetermined injuries.
