DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of 41-year-old Alex Uthoff.
Uthoff crashed his motorcycle at 10:22 p.m. on May 26 at 49th and Pine Street, reportedly while driving recklessly.
His passenger, 31-year-old Samantha Burke, was killed in the incident, according to authorities.
Officials stated that Uthoff was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the crash.
The Davenport Police Department is seeking Uthoff on charges including:
- Homicide by vehicle
- OWI homicide by vehicle
- Reckless driving-serious injury by vehicle
