STARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WSBT) — Two individuals were airlifted to a South Bend hospital following a motorcycle crash at US-35 and County Road 250 South on Monday around 5 p.m.
According to the Starke County Sheriff’s Office, the motorcycle collided with a full-sized pickup truck after the truck reportedly made a left turn into the motorcycle’s path.
The man and woman, both riding a Harley Davidson, were thrown from the motorcycle upon impact. Their current medical conditions remain unclear.
Authorities confirmed that the driver of the pickup truck was uninjured.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing, with no lane closures reported at this time.
