A multi-vehicle crash occurred on Interstate 295 South, near mile marker 10, resulting in multiple injuries on Thursday afternoon.

At approximately 2:41 p.m., two cars and a tractor-trailer were involved in the collision. According to the New Jersey State Police, two individuals were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No fatalities have been reported.

Emergency responders from the local fire department and EMS arrived at the scene to assist the injured and manage the situation. Authorities said the highway was briefly closed while debris was cleared and an investigation was conducted.

According to witnesses, traffic was backed up for over a mile due to the incident, and motorists were advised to seek alternate routes during the lane closures. Towing services were on site to remove the vehicles involved.
