Warrick County Teen Suffers Severe Injuries in Motorcycle Accident.

WARRICK CO., Ind. (WFIE) – A motorcycle crash on Saturday left a 19-year-old seriously injured in Warrick County.

According to the Warrick County Sheriff, the accident occurred when a pickup truck turned north onto Casey Road from State Road 66, colliding with the motorcycle.

The incident happened near Outer Lincoln in Newburgh at approximately 2:41 p.m.

The motorcycle operator, identified as Jaden Collier, was transported to the hospital with critical injuries.

Authorities confirmed that Collier is currently on a ventilator, suffering from a brain bleed, broken spine, broken collarbone, broken pelvis, and injuries to her kidney and liver.

The driver of the pickup truck, who is reported to be under 18, remains unidentified.

The crash is under investigation, and Sheriff’s officials anticipate that criminal charges will be filed.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area as lane closures are in effect during the investigation.

No further updates on the condition of Collier or other details have been released at this time.
