Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-95 Sends Several to Hospital
BALTIMORE, MD — A multi-vehicle collision on I-95 resulted in multiple injuries on October 7, 2023, around 4:15 p.m.
According to Maryland State Police, the accident involved four vehicles in the northbound lanes near Exit 52. Emergency responders transported three individuals to local hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities stated that one lane remained closed for over an hour while crews cleared the scene. Towing services were utilized to remove the vehicles involved.
A preliminary investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident. Motorists were advised to seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
