Joplin, MO. – One person was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident that happened on Wednesday evening in Joplin.
According to the police, the accident happened around 4:50 p.m. near North Main and C Street.
A motorcycle was traveling south on North Main when it collided with a passenger car that was pulling onto Main from C Street.
The adult male rider was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
The driver of the car was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
