Brooksville, FL. – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a pickup truck at an intersection in Brooksville on Tuesday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened on US 41 at Powell Road
A 40-year-old Spring Hill man was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a Chevy Silverado, driven by a Weeki Wachee man.
The Spring Hill man was transported to the hospital where he later died.
The Weeki Wachee man suffered minor injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
