Salisbury, MD. – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident on Monday evening in Salisbury.
According to Salisbury Police, the accident happened around 8 p.m. in the area of Priscilla Street and Harrington Street.
A 37-year-old man was riding a 2001 Kawasaki ZX-6R motorcycle eastbound on Priscilla Street when he collided with a westbound 2005 Ford Explorer that was attempting to turn onto northbound Harrington Street.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Explorer and a passenger were unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
