Farmington Traffic Accidents Leave Two Injured
FARMINGTON TWP., OH—Authorities are investigating two separate traffic accidents that injured at least two people on Wednesday morning.
The first accident occurred around 6 a.m. on Route 88 at Route 534, where an SUV ran a red light and collided with a pickup truck. According to the Ohio State Patrol, two individuals were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Both vehicles sustained significant damage.
Shortly after, at approximately 6:30 a.m., the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Department responded to a motorcycle accident in Southington Township. The motorcycle was discovered in a ditch along Painesville Warren Road, just north of State Route 534. Authorities have not confirmed injuries, but an ambulance was present at the scene.
The investigation into both accidents is ongoing. No lane closures have been reported at this time.
