Authorities confirmed that Miquaith Andrick, 23, died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 70 West near Fairwood Avenue around 6:45 a.m. July 13.
Andrick was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a white Toyota SUV. Emergency responders transported him to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead despite treatment.
The driver of the Toyota was unharmed and remained on the scene following the incident.
The crash resulted in the closure of all westbound lanes of I-70 for several hours, causing significant traffic delays. The roadway reopened shortly after 11 a.m.
