A Woodburn man faces DUII charges following a fatal motorcycle crash in Marion County early Saturday.
At 2:30 AM on December 13, Oregon State Police responded to a two-vehicle collision at Highway 99E and Quinaby Road NE near Keizer. Authorities reported that 30-year-old Juan Santiago Sandoval was driving a Dodge Charger when he turned northbound onto the highway, striking a southbound motorcycle operated by 22-year-old Xander Ashton Colter of Keizer.
Colter was pronounced dead at the scene. Sandoval and his passenger, a 27-year-old from Woodburn, sustained no injuries, according to officials.
