Columbia Woman Arrested in Fatal November 2025 Motorcycle Crash in Tennessee
A 30-year-old Columbia woman was arrested in Tennessee on Thursday in connection with a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred on November 2, 2025.
Kyshonda Williams faces charges of second-degree involuntary manslaughter, operating a motor vehicle without the highest degree of care, and failure to yield to an approaching vehicle, according to the Columbia Police Department.
Ethan Cash, the motorcycle rider involved in the crash, succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital shortly after the incident.
Investigators reported that Williams was driving an unregistered 2019 Dodge Charger south on Range Line Street, preparing to turn left onto Kennesaw Ridge Road when she collided with Cash’s motorcycle. Traffic signals were green for both directions, with the southbound left turn lane displaying a flashing yellow light.
Witnesses indicated that Cash attempted to evade the collision by locking his brakes, but was unable to avoid being struck.
Williams’ vehicle subsequently drove over Cash and his motorcycle. The investigation into the incident remains ongoing, authorities said.
