KINGSTON, N.H. —
A Massachusetts man faces nearly a dozen charges following a motorcycle crash on Little River Road on July 3, 2023.
Cody Harkness, 33, of Amesbury, was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol when the accident occurred. Harkness sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital, while his passenger was airlifted to a Boston hospital with serious injuries.
Harkness was arrested on Tuesday in Seabrook, NH, and is currently held without bail. The investigation is ongoing, according to authorities.
