Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-95 Causes Significant Delays in Providence
PROVIDENCE, RI—A multi-vehicle collision occurred on I-95 North near Exit 22 at approximately 4:15 p.m. on October 4.
Authorities report that three vehicles were involved in the incident, resulting in two injuries. Emergency medical personnel from the Providence Fire Department responded quickly to the scene, providing aid to the injured individuals.
Traffic was significantly affected, with two northbound lanes closed for more than an hour as crews worked to clear the wreckage. Towing companies were dispatched to remove the vehicles.
