A motorcycle accident occurred on the Central Michigan University campus at approximately 1:30 p.m.
According to the CMU Police Department, a motorcycle lost control between Woldt Hall and the Engineering and Technology building. The rider fell off, struck a road sign, and the motorcycle subsequently collided with a parked vehicle.
Emergency response included the CMU Police Department, Mount Pleasant Police Department, Mount Pleasant Fire Department, Mobile Medical Response, and Isabella County Central Dispatch. The injured motorcyclist was transported to a hospital for treatment.
There are no updates on the driver’s condition, and the incident is under investigation by CMUPD.
