LEE COUNTY, Fla. — An 18-year-old motorcyclist from Lehigh Acres died in a collision on Treeline Avenue at approximately 2:05 p.m. on Wednesday.
The Florida Highway Patrol reported that the motorcycle was traveling south at a high rate of speed when it collided with a car making a left turn onto Jetport Loop. The driver of the car sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
