A motorcyclist died after a collision with an SUV on Richfield Road near North Center Road Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Flint Police Department, Antoine Jacques Hampton II, 24, was riding eastbound on a Honda motorcycle at approximately 3:45 p.m. when a westbound Cadillac SRX turned onto North Center Road, striking him. Hampton was pronounced dead at the scene due to severe head injuries.
Authorities stated there is no indication that either driver was intoxicated; however, they suspect one of the vehicles may have been speeding. The Flint Police Department continues to investigate the incident.
